Usage I still wear extensions. What should I do?
Extensions in place — apply to the roots only, without touching the attachment area.

Order What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (please check your spam folder). As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, a second email will be sent to you with the tracking link.
Address What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Write to us as soon as possible at contact@korevacare.com with the correct address, your order number and the name used during payment. Our team responds within 1 to 3 business days: the change is therefore not guaranteed, even if you write to us immediately.
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed. Remember to check it carefully before confirming your order.
International Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation How can I cancel my order?
Write to contact@korevacare.com with your order number. Our team processes requests within 1 to 3 business days: if the order has already been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it upon receipt (see "How do I return my order?").
Damaged package My product arrived damaged or defective, what should I do?
Contact us immediately at contact@korevacare.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Our team will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or refund.
Warranty How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
You have a 30-day guarantee from the date of receipt of your order.
Unused products: we accept returns, exchanges, and refunds for unopened products in their original packaging.
Used products: if you do not notice any results after using our serum, you can request a refund under this guarantee. You will be asked to provide before-and-after photos, taken under similar conditions (lighting, angle, without mascara), to compare the appearance of your lashes.
Back How do I return my order?
Write to us at contact@korevacare.com with your order number to check that your item is eligible: we will then tell you how to proceed. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If your product is defective, does not match its description, or arrived damaged, contact us before sending it back: we will find a solution together.
You will receive an email as soon as your return has been received and validated. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after receipt of your return.
